Noelle Huberty

Noelle Huberty has been teaching at Forestville School for over twenty years.  She teaches first grade and Drama at our school.  She was also a student at Forestville School from kindergarten to eighth grade.  She enjoys being a part of this community and is proud of the programs she has developed here.

Mrs. Huberty is also involved in many other educational venues at our school.  Mrs. Huberty runs the School of Hope reading tutor program, she directs our drama productions and runs the drama program which won the Jack London Award for Educational Excellence, and is the teacher liaison for the Forestville Education Foundation.  Mrs. Huberty also works for the Sonoma County Office of Education as a Document Reader and helps clear credentials for beginning teachers.

Shakespeare said, “ All the world’s a stage,” and she tries to create that sense of theater and creativity every day of the school year.  Noelle has always felt that creativity and imagination are crucial to keeping students motivated and excited about school and learning.  As you enter her classroom you see this attitude reflected.
