Phyllis Parisi

Education Today for Leadership Tomorrow

Phyllis Parisi joined the Forestville family as a superintendent/principal back in July of 2013. Prior to Forestville she worked as a superintendent and principal in the Vallecito Union School District for six years.

Phyllis began her twenty year teaching career in 1984. She then pursued her Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and began her administrative career as an intervention specialist in Lodi Unified. She has worked for the past ten years in administration implementing current educational practices, fostering a positive school culture, working closely with staff and families, developing a balanced budget, and creating sustainable educational programs. Her decision making focuses on educating the whole child and fostering their capacity to reach their individual potential.

Phyllis has been married to Scott for the past 30 years. Together they raised two sons and currently are raising their eight- year- old adopted daughter. They moved to Forestville in June of 2014 and have a vested interest in the school and community.
