Minimum Days: This is a reminder that both Wednesday and Thursday are minimum days, and school is dismissed at 12:30.

Thank you Forestville Education Foundation: Many thanks to the directors and officers of the Foundation for all they have done for our school this year. We owe them gratitude for funding student activities, such as 50s dance, the Spring Gala, Valentine’s flowers and bake sales. We’ve benefitted from the funding of classroom field trips, materials, and programs. They have spent many hours helping to put on school functions such as Read Across America, Early Literacy Fair, Kinder Fair, Volunteer Tea, Staff Luncheon, Move a Thon, Harvest Fair, and Holiday window painting. And last but not least, Box Top fundraising and the pizza party that goes to the winning class! Thank you to Terra Del Drago, Gillian Hayes, Gwen Taylor, Joy Johnson, Mandy Danzart, Heidi Ochoa, Linda Strauss, Ame Nultemeier, and Noelle Huberty.
8th Grade Promotion: All 8th grade students who are promoting are invited to the promotion dance Wednesday, May 31st from 5:00-7:00 in the quad. Permission slips need to be turned in prior to the dance.
Our Promotion ceremony will be held Thursday, June 1st at 6:00 in the Multi.
The Carnival & Parade are coming: The Forestville Youth Park BBQ is this Saturday and Sunday, June 3rd and 4th. The parade is Saturday at 10:00 through town. Then the festivities continue at the Youth Park with the carnival, food, and fun both Saturday and Sunday. Get your all-day ride tickets in the school office at a discount for only $20 (tickets are $25 at the carnival).
Don’t miss our middle school Music Band marching in the parade on Saturday!
Tuesday – “new” red chili chicken tamale, cheddar cheese sandwich, carrots.
Wednesday – veggie taco salad, turkey & cheddar sandwich, lettuce & tomatoes.
Thursday – veggie “pepperoni” calzone, corn.
